The Eretria Villetta stands at the nearby location of Kotroni , appx. 2km from the seaside and cosmopolitan town of Eretria. It is a 3 room property with a large kitchen plus a living room with a fire place. A place surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and plants, a balcony and a private parking space just aside the house. In the morning you can go to nearest tidy beach of Liani Akti, quite a private bathing place for the few inhabitants or choose a day tour to the natural and archeological beauties of the island like the healing Spa of Edipsos on the northern part of the island, quite a 2 hours drive from home.
Property Facilities
Eretria Villetta is a pleasant and a serene place to spend your holidays. This is the perfect choice for small groups, couples and families to stay in a fully furnished apartment and equipped with a washing machine, an electricity oven plus a micro wave, a refrigerator and air condition in the rooms. Plates, cups, glasses, tableware and household utensils you can find in the kitchen cupboards.
Two bedrooms with plenty space for three people with a large kitchen a big sitting room are ready to welcome you from July to November each year. In the sitting room there is also a folding sofa into a comfortable bed available for a fourth guest. A fire place is right there at the corner of the sitting room for the winter season. Wi fi is available. Bath towels, tooth paste, sheets and blankets you can find in the bed room closets.
The property has been totally disinfected previous to your arrival to guarantee the maximum health conditions as a written condition in the short term rental agreement you'll receive. There will be no other person, included cleaning service, coming into the house during your staying. You can feel at home in the most absolute way inside and outside the house while sitting for a fresh glass of white wine on the balcony at sunset.
